The Human Resources Department assists department managers with the recruitment of qualified and competent staff and licensed practitioners to assure that adequate staffing is available when and where needed. Human Resources posts and advertises approved positions, screens applications, and coordinates post-offer administrative tasks. Human Resources maintains employment files and provides employee relations assistance to managers and employees as necessary, including, but not limited to, employee counseling and discipline, unemployment compensation, and recognition and reward programs. Human Resources oversees the process for employee evaluation, and manages the compensation and benefit programs to assure competitive and cost effective programs.

Human resources is available for consultations with staff and managers in all human resource matters.

Badges: Identification badges for employees, physicians, and volunteers are distributed through our Security Department.
