Steven Davis is a Pennsylvania native who began his career in Health Care Administration over 15 years ago, most recently serving as Director of Health System Operations at Penn State Hershey Medical Center in Hershey PA, a 500-bed academic medical center.  He joined Heart of Lancaster Regional Medical Center in June of 2012.  He received both his undergraduate in Health Policy & Administration and Master’s in Business Administration from Penn State University.  He and his wife Becca have three young children and currently reside in Palmyra, PA.  He enjoys golf, working out and spending time with his family.
